This rare and beautiful island for sale is located in Kvarner Bay in the north of Adriatic sea, in Lošinj archipelago. About 1/2 is privately owned (220,000 m2) and the subject of sale, for the rest owned by the state (200,000 m2) there is a possibility for additionally purchase of that part of the island which area has 4 km of coastlines.
